The  project involves the construction of a 16-storey hotel which includes a roof-top hospitality tenancy. The efficient design will deliver 133 hotel rooms on a block which is only 450m². The heritage façade of the existing cottage had to be retained and incorporated into the design. BCA Concepts were engaged to provide Building Certification Services for this project.
