This project involves the construction of a new eight-storey mixed-use development comprising of carparking, retail, office, function and hotel uses. As the project was delivered under a D&C methodology staged approvals were critical to allow early commencement of construction on-site whilst design was being completed. In addition a number of fire-engineered performance solutions were utilised on the project to achieve design efficiencies and costs savings for the client. BCA Concepts were engaged to provide Building Certification Services from concept through to project completion.
