This project involves the re-classification of an existing 26,000m2 Holden manufacturing warehouse to be utilised for warehousing and recreational tenancies. The project will include a full façade upgrade and creation of tenancies. BCA Concepts were engaged to provide Building Certification from concept phase through to completion.
