This project involves the construction of a new 12-storey office development including three basement levels equating to approximately 21,000m2 of A-Grade office space. A number of fire-engineered performance solutions were utilised on the project to achieve design efficiencies and costs savings for the client. BCA Concepts were engaged to provide Building Certification & Access Consultancy Services from concept phase through to construction completion.
